We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team by filling the form at Contact Us page. Once we confirm your request, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your returned item. However, it may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders:
- We initiate the refund within 48 business hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
- You’ll receive a Razorpay Payout link to securely provide your account details.
- Once the details are submitted, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your account within 24 business hours.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, except for COD, which we refund via bank transfer.
