Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
In case the customer receives an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, all return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
How to Return

Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your returned item. However, it may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, except for COD, which we refund via bank transfer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders:
- We initiate the refund within 48 business hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
- You’ll receive a Razorpay Payout link to securely provide your account details.
- Once the details are submitted, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your account within 24 business hours.
- Shipping Charges incurred on COD orders are non-refundable.
Shipping Cost on Returns
A return shipping fee of ₹100 is charged to the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped.
In cases where the customer has received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, we cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement.
