Everything looks good until the day you wear this jewelry

I bought this jewelry a month ago, didn’t open the box because everything looks good to me until i want to wear it for the program ! The head thing is broken didn’t know when i about to wear it i see the thing is broken dont look like how it supposed to be ! My question is why you guys send thing and didn’t look whats the problem! Spending like good amount and all in sudden cannot wear it when i need !

Love this set

This is a beautiful jewelry set. The only comment I'd like to make is that the earring posts are a bit large. This causes some discomfort when trying to put them on and when wearing them.

This is is a complete set. I’ve never had every piece of jewelry come together like this. It’s so beautiful. The stem of one of my earrings are a little shaky but that’s nothing Krazy glue can’t fix. This is a must have if you are a dancer. It goes with everything. I highly recommend this set. Will look into getting another color.
