We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.
A ₹100 return shipping charge will be applicable. A separate payment link will be shared with you to complete the return process.
Note: Due to the seasonal nature, hygiene concerns, and the personal use of Rakhi products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.
Note: If your order included a free item under any promotional offer, the free item must also be returned along with the original product.
In case the free item is not returned, its selling price as listed on our website will be deducted from the eligible refund or exchange value.
Exchanges/ Replacement
We offer a 15-day exchange or replacement window from the date of delivery, subject to product availability and approval.

How to Return
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team by filling the form at

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after we receive and inspect your returned item.
All approved refunds are issued as Store Credits, which can be used for any purchase on our website. Store Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, giving you flexibility to shop at your convenience.
This applies to all order types, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery.
Incorrect or Defective Products
In case the customer receives an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, all return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation & Changes
Customers must notify us of any order cancellation or request for product change within 1 hour of placing the order, as processing begins immediately after confirmation.
Requests received after this 1 hour window will not be accepted, and the order will proceed as placed.
Shipping Cost on Returns
A non-refundable return shipping fee of ₹100 is charged to the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped.
In cases where the customer has received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, we cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement.

Peora reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection of the product and verification of eligibility criteria. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the policies stated above.
