Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.

A ₹100 return shipping charge will be applicable. A separate payment link will be shared with you to complete the return process..

Note: Due to the seasonal nature, hygiene concerns, and the personal use of Rakhi products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.

Exchanges/ Replacement

We offer a 15-day exchange or replacement window from the date of delivery, subject to product availability and approval.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact.

A ₹100 exchange shipping charge will be applicable. A separate payment link will be shared with you for the same.

How to Return

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team by filling the form at Order Cancellation & Return Centre.
Once we confirm your request, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your returned item. However, it may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, except for COD, which we refund via bank transfer.

Incorrect or Defective Products

In case the customer receives an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, all return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD orders:

- We initiate the refund within 48 business hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

- You’ll receive a GoKwik Payout link to securely provide your account details.

- Once the details are submitted, the refund will be processed and should reflect in your account within 24 business hours.

- Shipping Charges incurred on COD orders are non-refundable.

Shipping Cost on Returns

A non-refundable return shipping fee of ₹100 is charged to the customer unless the item has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped.

In cases where the customer has received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturing defect, we cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement.
